Everything! My friend and I booked in for one night in a twin room as we have a flight out the next morning, so somewhere closer to the airport rather than Seoul city centre was ideal. We were able to arrange for airport transfer (round trip) for a very reasonable price. It was quite late at night when we arrived and we left at dawn the next day so the place was quiet, and we didn’t spend too many hours there. Also the guesthouse only has about 10 rooms or so. The guesthouse lady, who probably lives upstairs in the same building, is very nice and welcoming, despite not speaking any English, Google Translate was handy. Most of the organisation such as pickup and payment was done beforehand on Booking.com so the only thing I had to pay upon arrival was airport transfer. The room was small but very comfortable. The shower/ toilet is of the continental European style, where everything gets wet but one can manipulate the shower head so that the water is more contained to one area. The water was nice and hot! We were surprised by the number of food places within walking distances around the guesthouse, all the way out in Incheon. One will never go hungry here.

We really enjoyed our short stay at Rainboots. The owners were extremally welcoming & helpful, providing clear explanations on the room & facilities. Even though English isn't their language, they used a translator so there weren't any problems in communication between us. The room itself was cosy for the three of us, clean & tidy with the bathroom being a good size. The location to the station & airport was handy being a 5-10 minute walk to the station, only 3 stops from the airport or a 15 min8ute drive. Heading into Seoul was around 40-50 minutes depending on where one was going. Plenty of food, convenience stores, a coin wash, cafes & a Lotte Mart on the other side of the railway made things very comfortable. Wifi was great as well plus there's a lift so again, easy to get to the 2nd floor.

Perfect stay. I was so happy, the facilities were so clean and comfortable, the bathroom was lovely, updated and very clean. The host was very welcoming and friendly and I was happy to be able to have a conversation with her in korean 😊 The location was great, just a short walk to lots of shops and restaurants. Was very quiet at night so was easy to get a good sleep. The airport shuttle that they offer as an extra is well priced and very easy to book, very convenient. I will definitely stay here again when needed and will be recommending to everyone. 사장님 정말 감사합니다~

We had a lovely stay at Rainboots guesthouse. Even though our meeting with the owner was brief, we felt her warmth in welcoming us. We had a problem of getting back to Seoul from all of the KTX trains being sold out, so we only arrived in Seoul at midnight. We had to take the taxi to this guesthouse for our early morning flight, and the owner was kind enough to wait for us as we arrived so late at night. We also arranged their airport transport service in the morning, and we were able to arrive and fly back safely. Thank you for everything!

Paula

The owner is really friendly and accommodated us well. She let us leave our baggage for storage even though we came early. Rooms are really clean and smell nice. Beds are hard but that is exactly what I like. Area is really peacful and relaxing with a nice park almost right next to it. There is a big choice of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. It is very close to the Unseo train station and it is easy to find. If I am back in Incheon in the future I will definitely book again!
